Refund Policy

We have established a considerate cancellation and refund policy in order to provide our customers with the best quality and client experience.

We organise each project by breaking it down into milestones.

Every project starts with a thorough discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document. This is done to ensure that both parties have a thorough understanding of the work required, thereby eliminating the possibility of project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Because it takes time to reach each milestone and complete each module, a refund for work already completed is not possible.

If a project is mutually terminated, the client retains ownership of all completed work, and any payment for further development becomes void. There would be no refund for any previous payments or deposits.

Once the client approves the mock-up designs and we enter the development phase of the project, no payment will be refunded.

There are no partial refunds for projects that are in the middle of a milestone phase.

No cancellations are accepted for services provided by our marketing team on special occasions. These are limited-time offers that cannot be refunded.

Digital marketing packages are non-refundable, but the client may cancel with 30 days’ notice.

We do not refund deposits or payments for projects that have been abandoned or have been dormant for more than 30 days.
